DESCRIPTION

A small lush evergreen edible garden herb. Salad burnet’s leaves taste of cucumber and makes a great addition to salads and summer drinks. Also used a a pot herb and is good in herb butters. It’s ornamental evergreen leaves make it a great addition to a perennial kitchen garden for the hungry gaps in the seasons.

Has rounded, reddish flower heads from May to September. Self seeds quite well, requires little maintenance.
